In an effort to offer you peace of mind, as well as tremendous added value, each Arteva Neighborhood Series Home comes with the Arteva Advantage 10 Year Limited Warranty*: Although we strive to address any issues identified during your pre-closing walk through before you move in, we realize that it takes time for you to become familiar with your new home. Arteva Homes provides two post move-in punch list review opportunities to identify any items that you feel may deserve attention. After each of these review periods, Arteva Homes will work to resolve issues that were identified in a timely manner so that you may continue to enjoy your new home.

    Arteva Home Owner Manual

    As a result of our past experience and current knowledge we have prepared a homeowner manual for our new home buyers that is presented at the time of closing. Its purpose is to help you to better understand the features of your new home and highlights important maintenance guidelines that should be followed in order for your home to function at its best as well as protect your Arteva Advantage Limited Warranty. The manual also includes manufacturer's instruction booklets and maintenance and warranty information for all of the appliances and fixtures that are found in your home. Be sure to take the time to review all manufacturer brochures and submit all warranty card information to ensure you are fully protected under the applicable manufacturer's warranties.
