1. Take a Tour
Experience the discernable difference by taking a tour of our stunning model homes. Take the time to investigate the details and pay close attention to the fit and finish. Discover the features and the benefits of choosing an Arteva home by talking to an Arteva Sales Representative.
2. Select Your Floor Plan
Explore all your options then choose the design right for you from our collection of single family home plans or our detached and duet style condominiums.
3. Determine The Price of Your Home
Our easy to understand pricing program will allow us to quickly establish the price of your new home based on the options and selections you would like your new home to have. At this no obligation price quote, you will have the opportunity of choosing from more than 100 standard and optional conveniences. All items will be explained in detail, with no hidden costs, and no unwelcome surprises!
4. Sign the Contract
Upon deciding that an Arteva home is the right choice for you, reserve your home site and begin the process of constructing your dream home. You will receive your Arteva New HOMEOWNER Packet, which describes the Arteva Advantage Warranty Program and will help answer questions you may not have thought to ask!
5. Financing
Arteva Homes has worked with several experienced mortgage companies and we can recommend a mortgage broker that can meet your needs. They are eager to meet with you and begin the application and approval process.
6. Color/Material Selections
Review our selections area to confirm the choices made at your initial price quote and see many other customized features from which you may choose. This is also your opportunity to choose the colors, products, and materials that will define the character of your new home.
7. Pre Construction Meeting
The final meeting before we begin building your brand new Arteva home. At this meeting you will meet your Arteva Building Coordinator and we will review all the details related to your new home.
8. Construction
We believe the key to any strong relationship is communication. Lots of it. So you can expect to hear from your Building Coordinator on a regular basis throughout the construction process. A pre-drywall meeting with your Building Coordinator will address any questions you may have as your new home takes shape.
9. Final Inspection
Your Arteva Building Coordinator will accompany you on a final inspection to ensure that every detail of your new home lives up to the same high standards of quality and craftsmanship that you found in our model homes. Operating and maintenance procedures for all systems will be reviewed prior to handing over the keys.
10. Move In
A day to celebrate! Our commitment to quality continues with the initiation of your Arteva Advantage 10 Year Home Warranty. Now it’s time to place the furniture, hang the pictures and say to yourself confidently: "It’s good to be home!"
