An Arsistically Crafted Masterpiece

By partnering with Masco Corporation, the nation's largest building material supply company, our artisans and craftsman were giving a selection of the finest materials available to create this masterpiece. Representatives from Masco were so impressed with the finished project that upon its completion in 1995, the home was designated a Masco Showplace Home; a distinction that only the very best can claim. Additionally, the home was featured on the back cover of the 1998 March and April dupont Registry of Fine Homes and Unique Homes magazines and continues to make appearances in publications nationwide. To celebrate the opening of the home, the owner opened its doors to the community for a benefit fundraiser. Local artists displayed their works, and all proceeds from sales were donated to the Children's Miracle Network.

Following this initial success, Arteva was contracted to complete three additional homes being constructed in Hidden Ridge. These completed projects added to an already impressive portfolio, and thereafter Arteva Group had solidified itself as a premier builder of ultra luxury homes in the Detroit area.
