BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., Aug 15th, 2006 -- Artco Group LLC announced that it has adopted a name change effective immediately. Artco Group LLC, with headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., is now known as Arteva Homes, Inc.

Arteva Homes, Inc. is a residential home builder/land developer in Southeast Michigan. The company is expanding its operations and is now constructing a neighborhood consisting of duet, detached style condominiums and single family homes in Davison Township Michigan. The eventual 400 unit development, called Irish Farms, will open in late fall 2006.

In conjunction with its name change, the company has launched www.arteva.com, a new website that will allow visitors to learn in detail about the new home and condominium "lifestyle" projects that Arteva Homes is or will be undertaking.
