While numerous trade professionals have worked countless hours to construct your new home in a manner which should minimize defects, certain items may require follow up attention and the Arteva Advantage Limited Warranty has you covered. This webpage is for your 60-day and 1-year post closing warranty punchlist submissions. Please login using your username and password given to you by your Sales Associate or at closing.
Should you experience any problems with your heating system, plumbing or electrical systems that require immediate attention (loss of heat, water leak, etc.), please contact our main office at 248-642-7826 during business hours between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday - Friday. Should you experience an emergency problem after business hours or on the weekend please use the contacts below.
